UK Shipping
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed by 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.
Our standard UK delivery service takes approximately 1–2 working days from dispatch.
If you require your order urgently, you can select NEXT DAY delivery at checkout for an additional £9.95. Next Day delivery is available for UK orders only and is subject to the items being in stock and the order being placed before the applicable cut-off time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information from Royal Mail or DPD, allowing you to follow your delivery.
How much does UK delivery cost?
- Standard Delivery: £3.95
- NEXT DAY Delivery: £9.95
NEXT DAY delivery is subject to stock availability and is available for UK orders only.
USA Shipping
When will my order arrive?
Orders to the USA are shipped using Royal Mail Express. You can choose from the following delivery options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 working days — $8
- Rush Expedited Shipping: 1–3 working days — $16
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email and Royal Mail Express tracking information, allowing you to track your order from dispatch to delivery.
General Information
What if I'm not home?
Most of our smaller items are sent in letterbox-friendly packaging, so you generally do not need to be at home to receive your order.
If your parcel cannot be delivered and you are not available, the delivery carrier may leave a card or provide instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
For UK orders, please allow up to 3 working days for delivery before contacting us.
For USA orders, please allow up to:
- 5 working days for Standard Shipping
- 3 working days for Rush Expedited Shipping
